  • Itinerary: The client has read and understands the itinerary and agrees with it.
  • Payment: The client has read and accepted the quotation and agrees to the amount charged for local safaris or tours within South Africa rates.
  • Booking: To ensure booking, you will need to pay a deposit or the full amount. The deposit amount can vary from 30% - to 50% depending on the booking.
  • Payment: Payments must be made via Eft.
  • Deposit: If you pay a deposit, the full balance will be required before the departure date.
  • Travel Insurance: You understand that travel insurance is compulsory and you confirm that you have suitable travel insurance to cover your cost related to medical emergencies or loss of valuables.
  • Cancellation- 14 days before departure, the client forfeits 20%.
  • Cancellation- 20 days before departure, the client forfeits 50%.
  • Cancellation- A few days before departure, the client forfeits 100%.
  • Accident Claim: The client must have insurance to cover them for claims related to accidents and possible injuries.
  • Lulu Safaris: Carry passenger liability insurance that covers clients for injuries sustained in an accident involving one of our vehicles.
